John Davidson Signed New York Rangers 8x10. Davidson is a former National Hockey League goaltender who played for the St. Louis Blues (1973–1975) and New York Rangers (1975–1983). He was the first goalie to jump straight from major junior to the NHL. Also was a broadcaster and was honored by the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2009 with the Foster Hewitt Memorial Award.
